Excellent Spa and Location

indoor pool outdoor hot tub matterhorn views

I enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. The facilities seemed new. We booked a room with a balcony and views of the Matterhorn. It was a great sight. The lounge was nice for tea, cake, and cocktails near the wood stove, and there was even a violinist one day. The staff was very friendly.

The bar area was understaffed. I had to find someone for service. It would be great to see some improvements made there.

The hotel features a pool suitable for easy laps. It also includes an outdoor hot tub with views of the surrounding peaks. I saw that the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

I saw that the front desk offered quick assistance with questions. The staff provided a shuttle service to the station. This service made our arrival simple. The employees were very friendly.

The breakfast buffet included many options and the food quality was excellent. The hotel has an outdoor terrace bar. This bar is in a private space. There are also good restaurants to choose from if you want to stay in.

inox pool spa view varied breakfast unhelpful staff conflicting information dated bathroom

the spa is great , i especially liked the inox pool with different water jets and bubble options. the mirrored ceiling above the pool was unique , i also appreciated the views of the mountains from the spa. i found the breakfast buffet varied with lots of options , it easily covered my needs.

the staff were not always helpful , i found i sometimes received conflicting information. for example , i needed a power adaptor and one staff member offered to sell it to me , but upon checkout , i was asked to return it. i found this a bit frustrating. the bathroom seemed dated to me.

WOW, what a find!

new spa outdoor hot tub great balcony wood stove

i totally loved the new spa facilities! i was so happy to find a hotel with a lovely indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub! the panoramic room, it has a great balcony with views of the Matterhorn, i was obsessed. the lounge area is so nice for tea and cake by the wood stove while it snowed outside. sophie at the front desk, she's really superb!

the bar area felt a little understaffed, i often had to look for someone when i wanted to order. it was a minor issue!

shuttle service matterhorn view spa facilities

the train station pickup was so convenient! the shuttle made arrival seamless. the hotel provided capsule coffee and the matterhorn view was just fine. breakfast also tasted very good. the spa facilities were unbelievable and so clean! the staff was so helpful and very kind. there are also ski lockers available!

the wi-fi connection was sometimes a little spotty, but overall it was a very minor issue

Both rooms had great views as we asked for rooms facing the Matterhorn. Breakfast presented a lot of variety and tasted wonderful. The staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. It was a delight to interact with them. a excellent team!
